East Moon Asian Bistro

Well my friends, we have found yet another place in Longmont that falls into our favorites. There are lots of reasons to love East Moon Asian Bistro and I do so enjoy having this blog so I can brag on them for a minute.

If you've ever had the conversation of "what's for dinner" with your family, you probably know that it isn't easy to satisfy everyone all the time. Not so at East Moon. We first went in to try their much-talked-about sushi and found that they incorporate flavors from Taiwan, Japan and Vietnam (just to name a few) into their dishes. You can satisfy your craving for Beef and Broccoli Lo Mein while your dear wife eats all the California Rolls she can handle. Now, I'm still in the process of trying out the menu, but from what I've had so far, it's already easy to pick favorites. I had one taste of their Spicy Tuna Roll and for a moment I was concerned that I might not ever want anything else in life. But then, I tried the Shrimp Tempura Roll and realized there was hope for me after all. The more I taste at East Moon, the more I like this place and I just know that you'll feel the same.

Another great reason to love this Asian Bistro is that they have become part of our Left Hand Artist Group community. They have a wall designated to hang art from the group and they are starting to bring in LH musicians to play for happy hour. This is proving to be an excellent partnership and I hope you will drop in, check out the art, have some saki and sushi and support this great local business. However, if you are shy or too drunk to leave your house, they provide one of our favorite services in life, DELIVERY! Drop in for your next meal or give them a call and have them bring it to you. Either way, East Moon is an absolute must try in Longmont.
